All car drawings are in 1:25 scale; most airplane drawings are in 1:72, 1:100 1:250, and 1:500 scale; other drawings are in various scales: it's always stated on the drawing in the left bottom corner.
Illustrator files are made with Adobe Illustrator CS3, CS4, CS5, CS6 and CC; if you work in an earlier, older version of Illustrator, I can export the file as a legacy format for you.
Dimensions on the car vector drawings are in SI units and thus in millimeters.
